Kel Arryn is Hand of the king Tom and cousin of Lord Hyejinn of the Eyrie. On his first day King Tom saved his life twice after that gave him a home and equipments after this act of gesture Kel Arryn sweared fielty to his king and after that he began the construction of the Red Keep. In 2 weeks with over than 12.000 granites blocks used the red keep was over and was built by only KelBey555 which is Kel Arryn.After that he got married to Draki but she died of poison.Kel Arryn is the heir of Eyrie
